Stephen Nicholls

Jewellery in gold and silver using precious gemstones

Stephen Nicholls graduated from the School of Jewellery, Birmingham. He has exhibited at Loot at Goldsmiths Hall, London, Alloy at Discovery Centre, Birmingham, Alloy in Berlin, Germany, International Jewellery Fair at Earls Court, London and the Spring Fair at NEC Birmingham.

He also worked as a designer, model maker for Soren Odgaard, Perth West Australia.

As members of the Worcestershire Guild of Designer Craftsmen, Alloy Jewellers Group and The Craftsman’s Market Cirencester, Stephen and wife Belinda Gilbert, exhibit frequently at shows locally and nationally.

They also exhibit at renowned designer maker fairs, such as Hereford Contemporary Craft Fair, Craft in Focus and The Craft Movement. They supply galleries around the country and have a number of clients who regularly commission new pieces.

Their work uses delicately textured precious metals enhanced with gold and unusual gem stones, this contrasts with classic shapes which dominate both ranges and individual pieces.
