About Susan Nickless

Following an apprenticeship training in saddle and harness making, Susan realised the versatility of leather and began to create her own designs in this wonderful natural material.' Continuing to use the traditional skils and tools of a leatherworker, she prepares and stitches bags, briefcases, and belts, etc completely by hand.' As a result each creation becomes a "one-off" to be valued and enjoyed for years.
